Thinking about becoming a Chef? This is a qualifying course for those who wish to start looking into it in a professional manner. Becoming a Chef is not only about cooking but also about appropriate vocabulary, wine, condiments and the culture of Italian food.
The workshop combines language classes to practical cooking sessions that will be held under the guidance of an expert chef from a renowned cooking school. During these lessons, participants will prepare some typical Italian dishes themselves.
A part of the course will also be dedicated to the knowledge of Italian wines and their matching with the various dishes. There will also be educational trips outside the school for a visit to Italian food realities, such as markets and specialized wine shops.
